1. Payment Methods
The payment options available for an order are shown at checkout. Depending on customer location and the services currently enabled, available methods may include major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment methods.
Transactions on teannago.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
2. Payment Authorization
Orders may be reviewed for authorization, payment verification, and fraud prevention. A card issuer or payment provider may request additional verification, decline a transaction, or place a temporary authorization hold.
TeannaGo™ does not control a bank or payment provider’s approval decision, verification requirements, hold period, or release schedule.
3. Checkout Security
Checkout is processed through Shopify and participating payment providers using security measures intended to protect transaction information. TeannaGo™ does not store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers on its own systems.
No internet transmission or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should use trusted devices, current browsers, secure networks, and properly protected account credentials.
4. Pricing, Shipping, and Taxes
Product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. Review the order details before completing checkout.
Foreign-exchange fees, currency-conversion charges, or bank fees imposed by a financial institution are determined by that institution and are not charged or controlled by TeannaGo™.
5. Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered before checkout is completed. Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, time limits, product exclusions, minimum order amounts, or other conditions communicated with the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to completed orders.
