At Twasioe™, we want customers to order office supply goods with confidence. This policy explains how return requests are reviewed, what requirements apply, and how refunds are handled once an eligible return has been approved.

30-Day Return Window

If the item you received does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and kept in its original condition. When possible, please send the item back with its original packaging. Each return request must also include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Some items may not be eligible for return due to health requirements, safety regulations, or product-specific restrictions.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. Twasioe™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once the returned package is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is connected to a mistake made by Twasioe™.
