Depending on where you live and how TeannaGo™ processes personal information, applicable law may provide rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted-advertising limitations, profiling restrictions, or information about certain disclosures of personal information.

How to Submit a Request

Email service@teannago.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

Clearly identify the privacy right you wish to exercise and include the email address connected with your interactions with our store, such as the address used for an order or customer-support communication.

For security, do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive authentication information with your request.

Request Verification

Before fulfilling a request, we may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and confirm that the personal information involved relates to you. This process helps prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, correction, deletion, or other improper handling.

Requests made through an authorized agent may require evidence that the agent has permission to act for you. Where permitted by law, we may also verify the request directly with the consumer.

Advertising, Analytics, and Cookies

Certain advertising, analytics, or cookie technologies may be manageable through browser settings, device controls, website cookie banners, or available preference tools. Browser-based opt-out signals will be honored where applicable law requires and where our website or service providers technically support them.

Marketing Emails

Promotional emails may be unsubscribed from at any time using the unsubscribe option contained in those messages.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional, service-related, or legally required communications, including order information, shipping updates, security notices, customer-support responses, or other messages necessary to provide services connected with a purchase or request.

Non-Discrimination

Where applicable, TeannaGo™ will not unlawfully discriminate against customers for exercising rights provided under privacy law. We will not deny goods or services, apply different pricing, provide a different service level, or otherwise treat a customer differently in a manner prohibited by applicable privacy law solely because an applicable privacy right was exercised.

Appeals

If applicable law provides an appeal right, you may ask us to reconsider a privacy decision by replying to the decision email and clearly stating why you are appealing. Appeals will be reviewed according to applicable legal requirements, with responses sent using the contact details associated with the request.
